HOW TO USE THIS SECTION

Dear future newlyweds, welcome to the Destination Wedding section of the Casale500 app!

Here you can start planning your special day in a simple and stress-free way. Explore all our offers and follow these

7 essential steps to organise the perfect wedding.

Important: Each step is necessary — you can’t skip any of them!

Happy planning!

Step 1
Venue & Menu

Tap on the year you're interested in to see the details and customise it as you like.

In this step, you can choose:

  • The day of the week

  • The month of your wedding

  •  The number of adult guests

Once you're done, tap "Add to your budget" and move on to the next step:

  • If the ceremony is taking place at the Casale, continue with STEP 2

  • If it’s a church ceremony, skip ahead to STEP 3

Step 2
Ceremony

Choose your favourite area using the right/left arrows.

Then customise the floral set-up and, if you’d like to make the ceremony official, simply add the local council fees.

Once you're done, move on to STEP 3!

Step 3
Floral Centrepieces 

Swipe right or left to view the available options and choose the one you like best.

You can start with low floral centrepieces, or upgrade to tall arrangements for a more dramatic look.

In this section, you'll also find instructions to help you calculate the number of centrepieces you’ll need based on your guest count.

Once you've made your choice, add it to your Event Budget and move on to STEP 4!

Step 4
Buffet Styling

To keep a consistent style throughout the venue, now it’s time to choose the floral arrangements for the Citrus Courtyard and buffet stations.

These decorations will later be moved to the outdoor buffet area for the after-dinner celebration.

Add everything to your Event Budget, then continue to STEP 5!

Step 5
Stationary

"Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.”

In this step, you'll learn about the role of the wedding coordinator and the importance of some key wedding details:

  • Invitations

  • Table plan (Tableau de mariage)

  • Napkin selection

  • Menu printing and presentation

You’ll also find inspirational moodboards to help you define the style that suits you best.

Enter the number of adult guests, include everything in your quote, and move on to STEP 6!

Step 6
Musical Entertainment

You’re almost there! Now it’s time to personalise the music for each moment of your wedding — from the ceremony to the party.

We start with a live duo, the base for your musical entertainment, and you can then explore the available upgrades for the different parts of the event.

Find the perfect combination, add it to your Event Budget, and move on to the final step!

Step 7
Kids’ Area
Entertainment & Nursery

If you have children among your guests, our kids’ entertainment (ages 4–10) and nursery service (ages 0–3) will help make the day special for them too!

  •  Maximum safety for the little ones

  •  Peace of mind for you and your guests

Important: The service is required if there are more than 6 children aged 4–10.

Add it to your Event Budget and... you’re all set!

Choose your favourites, add them to your Event Budget, and create a celebration that’s truly one of a kind!
